My name is Zoë and I have a life-threatening anaphylaxis & airborne peanut allergy. My mission for starting Invisibly Allergic back in 2017 was to be a resource for others living with varying degrees of food allergies that fall on the food allergy spectrum. I've created the blog I wish I would've had as a resource, covering a number of topics I don't often see discussed in the food allergy space, such as the lack of food labeling laws in the United States and managing cross-contact in public spaces. Even now many years later, these are still topics I don't see being discussed regularly or elsewhere. Whether you have a food allergy yourself, or if you have a friend, child, or loved one with an allergy, you've come to the right place! Here you will find blog posts about living with a deadly food allergy, as well as free resources, food allergy travel guides, and much more to offer a lens into living with a life-threatening food allergy.
Welcome! I'm so happy to have you here!
